2019年シバナンダTTC修了後、スリランカのアーユルベーダリゾートにてヨガクラスを担当。帰国後は地元兵庫のSita Yoga姫路にて、シバナンダ、アシュタンガヨガクラスを担当。2021年には福島県郡山市の『魂に響くギフトコンサート』の活動で、幼稚園、小学校でのヨガクラスを担当。自身の練習を深めながら、色んなかたちでヨーガを伝える活動を続けています。 このクラスは古典的なヨガをベースにバランス良く身体を整えていきます。チャレンジポーズにも挑戦し 身体の使い方を学びます。ヨガをした後の呼吸のスムーズさを感じてみまんか? 心身共に健康で元気が一番です。ただ単に長生きではなく、元気に長生きが理想ですね。一緒にヨガを練習しましょう!
