Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to run. If the minimum class number hasn’t been reached 24 hours before the class may be cancelled at the teachers discretion. If a class is cancelled you will be notified by email.
Please note, our timetable and teachers are subject to change. We will endeavour to keep the timetabled classes and listed teachers as displayed; however, we reserve the right to change class times and teachers at our discretion.
You can cancel class bookings up to 3 hours in advance through our online timetable. Your class credit will be credited back to your account. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but your class will be credited to your account for future use 30 days from the date of purchase.
Cancelling within 3 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations or non-attendance stops other students from booking places in the class. If you cancel a class booking within 3 hours of the class start time you will be considered a no-show and the class credit will not be returned to you.
For unlimited pass holders, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a penalty per session. If you get 3 penalties you will be given a warning, if you get 5 penalties your season pass may be revoked, this will be at the discretion of the studio. Our aim is to improve the experience for everyone and make it easier for all students to be able to attend the classes.
Class passes cannot be refunded but you can exchange to a pass of the same value or higher (you will have to pay the difference). Class passes cannot be shared between members or transferred to other members.
If you purchase a discounted pass online, you will be required to present your discount card / voucher on arrival at the studio. If you cannot present your card / voucher you will have to pay the remaining full price balance for the class in order to attend.
We ask that you sign into class a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow for waitlisted students. If you arrive after the class has started the studio doors will be locked and you will not be able to join the class, and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
Once purchased our unlimited season passes are non-refundable. If the studio has to close due to COVID-19 or other extenuating circumstances then we will not offer any partial refunds on passes for the time closed. Should we have to close for the whole season, we will also not offer any refunds on passes. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific teacher at any specific time slot and reserve the right to change our timetable where necessary.
For private instructor bookings you are required to pay in full to secure your desired time and/or instructor. For bookings cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of your session you will be refunded 50% of the booking cost. For bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice you will not be eligible for any refund.
For workshops, events and courses a refund or class credit will be given for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date. For cancellations within 7 days there will be no refund or class credit unless; the course, workshop or event is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or you are sick, injured or pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note.
We reserve the right to cancel a class, course, workshop, or event for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances if we are unable to offer as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked on to make it viable for the teacher. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full amount paid or the option to be credited the value to use for a different class, course, workshop, or event. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation, or exchange rate losses.
We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, airplanes etc.) Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this. Refunds cannot be made retrospectively. If we have not heard from you 24 hours after the end of a class, course, workshop, or event, you will not be eligible for any refund.
