A workout designed to connect you to the powerhouse of strength, stability and injury prevention: the core. This session will work all the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back muscles. It takes the foundations of Pilates, body weight training and dance and brings you that next level burn that is way more that just an ab workout. It will challenge you to connect your mind and body and leave you with better posture, muscle tone and flexibility.
