A quick fix 45 minute workout designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and lean muscle. This full body session uses dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, TRX and body weight exercises to challenge and change your body.
Expect to work with weights, bands, TRX straps and other equipment in a circuit style session.
This is a workout session for all fitness levels that will leave you feeling energised and empowered.
