An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 8, 2022
A workout designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and lean muscle. This full body session uses dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, TRX and body weight exercises to challenge and change your body. It will set the bar for the rest of your workouts. Intense in the way that’s perfect for you, a session for all fitness levels that will leave you feeling energised and empowered.
