In this class we take traditional style yoga poses into the air using low to the ground aerial hammocks. We focus on integrating flexibility, alignment, strength and control, helping you to access poses you may not otherwise be able to do.
This is a dynamic class… an all-around workout that will ease tension in the spine and joints, build core & upper body strength, and help you become flexible and focused.
It is a fun practice suitable for all levels and abilities.
